Jennifer grew up in the coast range outside of Philomath, Oregon. She studied philosophy and environmental science at Oregon State before pursuing a graduate degree in Public Policy at The George Washington University. While in Washington, D.C., Jennifer interned for U.S. Rep. Peter DeFazio (OR-4) and worked at the Environmental Protection Agency. She lives in Eugene and enjoys everything the great Northwest has to offer (even the rain!).
